1/24 update - We'll be caught up on any outstanding orders through January 12th by the end of the week and will be fully caught up by the middle of next week! Anyone who places an order today can expect their order to ship by Feb 4! We should be back to our normal 1-3 business day processing times by the end of next week!

Store Policies

No refunds, returns, exchanges on already shipped orders. Replacements will be issued for products damaged in transit.

Orders returned to us due to incorrect address or shipping name will be remedied at the cost of customer (ex. cost of reshipping) Shipping charges collected are paid directly to the package carrier and are not recouped when a package delivery is failed.

For international orders, please be aware that customer may be responsible for import taxes or duties. Each country has its own set of laws and we are unable to advise on expected additional fees. Refusal at customs will result in order being returned to us, and is subject to the same terms as orders returned due to incorrect address or shipping name.
