Holiday Shipping Deadlines for 2023

With the busy holiday season quickly approaching please be aware of order date and shipping classes you select. If you are placing an international order with standard shipping, please try to get your order in by November 17th. With expedited service deadlines to be announced. Planning accordingly and having things arrive earlier rather than later is always less stressful. Likewise if you're ordering domestic plan ahead. You've got a bit more time, with standard shipping deadlines of December 8th and Expedited to be announced. Don't wait to the last minute and then be disappointed by minor disruptions. Skip the deadlines, order early, and give yourself some breathing room. Unless you think its funny to give the gift of a photo of something stuck in the mail. In our experience it really depends on the crowd, so carefully read the recipient before doing holiday goofs.

 

When is my favorite thing coming back?

Our designs rotate periodically. When a product sells out, it won't return for some time to make room for new
designs. You can sign up for notifications on the product page to receive an email when they come back in stock.
This also helps us gauge interest. You can also sign up for our email list to get notified ahead of time.

Package says it was delivered and wasn't?

Most of the time this is just a carrier mistake and your order will be delivered in the next day or two.
If that is not the case, please contact the shipping carrier, as they have more information available.

My Squeaker isn't working?

For products that we've included a squeaker, we cannot provide support for them. They're very simple and don't
really malfunction. The squeakers position moves and can be difficult to squeak. Patience and repositioning will get
results.
