FAQ

Q: How do I contact you?
A: For customer service requests, you can email hello@itemlabel.com . If you have already placed an order and have a confirmation email, you can simply reply to your order email to reach customer service directly, saving time as they'll then have your order number and details. For other questions or spam, you can email questions@itemlabel.com . 

Q: My product’s squeaker doesn’t work?
A: We cannot provide support for products that include a squeaker. They're very simple and don't really malfunction, but the squeaker's position moves and can be difficult to squeak. Patience and repositioning will get results.

Q: When is my favorite thing going to be restocked?
A: Our designs rotate periodically. When a product sells out, it won't return for some time to make room for new designs. You can sign up for notifications on the product page to receive an email when they come back in stock

Q: Can I combine my orders?
A: We do not combine orders, our shipping systems calculate package weight and shipping rates. Doing this manually isn't as simple as adding two items to one item or adding the weights.

Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: Please contact us and let us know as soon as you decide to cancel an order. As long as the order has not yet shipped, we can cancel and refund your order in full. We cannot cancel or provide a refund for any orders that have already shipped.
