When is my favorite thing coming back?

Our designs rotate periodically. When a product sells out, it won't return for some time to make room for new
designs. You can sign up for notifications on the product page to receive an email when they come back in stock.
This also helps us gauge interest. You can also sign up for our email list to get notified ahead of time.

Package says it was delivered and wasn't?

Most of the time this is just a carrier mistake and your order will be delivered in the next day or two.
If that is not the case, please contact the shipping carrier, as they have more information available.

My Squeaker isn't working?

For products that we've included a squeaker, we cannot provide support for them. They're very simple and don't
really malfunction. The squeakers position moves and can be difficult to squeak. Patience and repositioning will get
results.
